Class 4
Cliffe House Day 1
admin on: Class 4
Morning!
Yesterday, the children were very excited to arrive at Cliffe House. They played lots of different team-building games and then had an orienteering challenge.
After a tasty tea, we went to the adventure playground to let off some steam. Ms Kewley particularly enjoyed the zip line!
We have some very sleepy, but happy and excited, children this morning! Everyone is absolutely fine. I will post another update this evening.

No homework this week
admin on: Class 4
There will be no homework this week, due to Cliffe House.
Many thanks to the parents who attended our brass performance yesterday. It was lovely to see so many of you there. I will be uploading photographs and a video of the performance, so keep an eye out for this on the blog.
Year 4 Brass Assembly
admin on: Class 4
Don't forget that tomorrow parents can come in early (2:45pm) if they would like to watch Class 4 perform some music using their brass instruments. This is an informal assembly which is a chance for the children to show off what they have been doing to other children in the school.
Unfortunately, due to Mr. Whiteman being unavailable during the Summer Fayre, the brass will not be played on Friday after school.
I will ensure the photos of the children performing the brass are posted on the blog tomorrow after school.
Thanks,
Mr. Kershaw
Homework due 5.7.19

Because we have transition day to Year 5 next week where the children meet their (not) new teacher, I thought they could have a go at some Year 5 maths homework on place value. Try YEAR 5 IXL A1 and A2 on place value. I have highlighted it on the website.
It was so nice seeing so many of you at Sports Day this afternoon. The children seemed to really enjoy it, as did I!
Have a great weekend!

Mr. Robertson comes to visit.

Class 4 had a visit from Eavan's dad yesterday who told us all about his bike trip across South America. The children were very interested and had lots of questions. A big thank you to Mr. Robertson for coming in to see us!
