We have been numicon to make teen numbers!
Have a go at home!
We finished our 3D 'Humpty Dumpty's'.
Hope the IXL is going well any problems see me.
At the end of this week you will receive a number booklet. Please only complete one session per week. They will be looked at on Wednesday with your child's reading record.

With the theme of Nursery Rhymes and 'Humpty Dumpty' we looked at differtn ways to eat eggs and chose to make eggy bread.
Yum Yum a great sucess.
You should all have recieved your IXL passwords if not see me.
Tasks to do are highlighted in yellow.

Well we made it right to the end of 2018!
What a great start to school your child has had this year and rounded off with a super Christmas performance.
Have a lovely holiday but if you can spend some time reading, counting and writing little sentences such as:
The fat cat.
The red hen.
The fish dish.
That would be an enormous bonus. Your child should be able to sound out the words using Fred Finger and write this independently.
DON'T FORGET THE FINGER SPACES.
After the holiday we all be looking at traditional rhymes and stories. See if you have any at home you can read to your child so they are familiar with these.
Allow your child to look at the British coins and become familiar with their names, colours and shapes.

What a fantastic afternoon. Thank-you to all those parents/grandparents who came to support the children at our Christmas Craft Fair.
We finished with a Christmas sing-song.
