Good evening everyone!
I can't believe it is already Friday! Where has the week gone?
We've all had a wonderful week and the children continue to produce some fabulous work; not surprising, as every single one of them work incredibly hard.
The children are continuing to enjoy 'The Dancing Bear'. They love using role play and drama to re-enact scenes and are currently working on writing their own play scripts; they are looking amazing too!
They are thoroughly enjoying extending their learning about animals in science and are looking forwards to moving on to the human digestive system too!
Below, I have added just a few photos of their wonderful art work this week; the children are trying to replicate some of the amazing art by Richard Symonds. I hope you agree, they're doing a super job too!
Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
See you Monday!

Good evening everyone!
We have had a wonderful week this week in class 4. We are thoroughly enjoying our new 'Animals' topic and the children are loving 'The Dancing Bear'! Below are just a couple of their fabulous pastel drawings of the setting the story, as they imagine it. There is also just a selection of the brilliant clay animal sculptures the children made in the forest on Thursday. They absolutely loved every minute. 'If you went into the woods today, you'd be sure of a big surprise...' because on every single tree is a clay sculpture of an animal. Some are bears, lions, tigers and many more!!!
I'll leave you to enjoy admiring some examples of their work!!
Have a wonderful weekend!
Remembrance Day 2021
admin on: Class 4
11th November 2021
Today, the whole school came together and stood in the playground, in their classes, to take part in the 2 minutes silence. During this time, we remembered all of the people and animals who we have lost and those who are still helping to keep us safe. We are incredibly proud of how all of the children conducted themselves.
