Oliver!
admin on: Class 6
Yesterday, Wednesday 30th January, we all walked up to Holmfirth High School to watch their technical dress rehearsal for Oliver!
It was a superb production and we would like to thank them for their kind invitation; I hope it has inspired some of my class to want to get involved with next year's performances.
If you get chance to go over the next few nights, I would heartily recommend it.
PE - Inventing games for Reception
admin on: Class 6
This half term we have been creating games and activities in groups, then trying them out on each other and evaluating them against success criteria.
Yesterday we invited Reception to try them out and had great fun!
Oliver!
admin on: Class 6
Year 6 will all be walking up to Holmfirth High School at lunchtime on Wednesday, to watch the school performance of Oliver!
This is something that we have done a couple of times now and gives the children a great opportunity to see one of the wonderful extra-curricular activities that is available for them next year.
There will be several ex-Netherthong children in the cast, so hopefully they will all be inspired.
If you have not yet had your child's letter, please check their book bags, as we need a signed consent form from you.
Thanks for your support - Mr C
