Week ending 29.11.24

Well, we have had a great week. We are in full flow on the Panto. we have learnt all of the songs and they are sounding amazing. All of the children are well on their way with the words for the play. I am really impressed with the way the children are reading and saying their lines. We have some wonderful pirate voices!
We have been continuing our poetry work in Literacy and the children are really enjoying learning and creating their poems.
In Maths, we have been learning about division. The children had great fun putting the numbers into the bus stop and working out some very tricky sums.
I science, we have had the cars out, learning about Newtons Laws of Motion last week, and then magnets this week.
In Geography, we have been learning about earthquakes. We even had an earthquake drill practice. The children were amazing, and will all be safe during the next little earthquake!
