21.03.25 Week in Review
Posted: Mar 21, 2025 by: Greg Hobson (GHobson) on: Class 2
Good afternoon everyone,
This week, I am going to start off with history. The class are experts at how the Great Fire of London started and why it lasted so long. The children thought about what should happen to the damaged areas of London and began to design new homes that would not pose the same risks as the old ones. They thought about the choice of materials and the spacing of the buildings to rebuild a safer and more modern London.
In maths, the class have enjoyed using various methods of working out to solve problems in various maths games and during our English lessons over the week, the children have drafted and wrote up a newspaper article about the Great Fire and include lots of facts and information that they have learned over the course of the half-term.
Thanks everyone, have a good weekend!
Mr. H.
