Morning all,

I'm going to start by telling you all that I hate elevators...
I'm taking steps to avoid them!

While I was out and about yesterday, I saw Michael J Fox at the garden centre!
He had his back to the fuscias.

I'll stop there...

Well done with the programming - 11 of you signed up. I can only tell who one of you is, that's Rogan, who helpfully put his name on his profile. If you could all amend your profiles that would help. I did have feedback that it is quite difficult - from one person. Can others let me know what they think please? Also, I'd like more of you signing up, then I can plan things for after the holidays.
Please carry on with the programming today.

Computing: Here's a lesson on What Makes a Good Computer Game - https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/articles/z6n7xyc

Maths: triangles... https://www.thenational.academy/year-6/maths/compare-and-classify-triangles-year-6-wk3-2

Reading: 30 minutes at least please. Here are some readers:

Martha reading to her lamb... aah!

Exercise: I loved the photos you sent of new exercises - here's another one that should be an Olympic sport -

 Alex!
 Darcey the giant, playing snooker.

Here's Mr Biscuit, not understanding exercise:

And walking dogs is important -

Topic: Languages... I'd like you to research the top 5 languages spoken in the world today and list how many people speak them. THEN, I'd like you to look into where English is spoken. How many countries speak it? How does that compare to the number of countries speaking Spanish? Or French?
Finally, look at the top 5 (by population) countries who speak English. Is England in there? How does our population of English speakers compare to the people in the list?

I'm in school with Mr Kershaw and Miss Kewley today, so I'll be walking on there in 5 minutes. Have a lovely day and here are some more photos:

Amy trying to eat Darcey's cake through a screen.
 More food by Darcey!
 Food by Georgie.
 Food by Lyela.

You all know how much I love Jamaica - Reuben has been using jerk seasoning:
 Looks irie, doesn't it?

He also made cake:
I wonder if he's going to be bringing some in for Mr K, Miss Kewley and me?

 Max recycling...

A cheetah (my favourite animal) by Guy - I love the head - it's Guy's new signature.

 Darcey's dog - sorry, don't know his/her name?

Very arty photos by Georgie - lovely!

And finally - Oli spent his afternoon at war:

What goes down, but doesn't come up?
A yo!

Seeya'll.

Mr C
